On 19 October 2010 the guest was welcomed at the Seaport Authority by Director General Eugenijus Gentvilas. During the visit, the guest was introduced to the Klaipėda Seaport activities, economic indicators of the port performance, ongoing projects of port development, possibilities and capacities of the Klaipėda port, activities and specifics of the handling companies operating within the port, logistics questions, business climate and cooperation possibilities and prospects.

 

An excursion around the Klaipėda port by ship was planned after the meeting at the Seaport Authority.
