The guests that were especially interested in „Viking“ project, were met at the Seaport Authority by Director for Marketing and Administration Artūras Drungilas who introduced them to Klaipėda Port activities, reviewed economic indicators of the port performance, presented the ongoing projects of the port development, potential and capacities of the port, and discussed the performance, specifics and logistic issues of the cargo handling companies operating in the port.

 

After the visit in the Seaport Authority,  the members of the delegation visited port companies: stevedoring company „Smeltė“ and UAB „Klaipėdos konteinerių terminalas“, where they had a possibility to learn about activities of the above mentioned companies.
