On September 9, 2008 (Tuesday) a group of Leeuwarden (Holland) city council‘s representatives will visit SE Klaipeda State Seaport Authority (J. Janonio str. 24) that will look into possibilities of developing ties between Leeuwarden and Klaipeda more intensively.
The guests who visited Klaipeda City Council and got acquianted with the LLC „Jūros vartai“‘s project on the first day of their visit (i. e. September 8, 2008) will be greeted by the Marketing Director Artūras Drungilas. He will tell the guests about the Klaipeda seaport‘s activities, opportunities, capacity and development perspectives as well as discuss questions of interest. LLC „Memelio miestas“‘s representatives will participate in the meeting as well.
After the visit to the Seaport Authority is over, the guests will have a boat trip to see the port‘s aquatorium, its infra- and suprastructures. The guests will have a chance to get acquianted visually with the Seaport Authority‘s plans for the imrovement of the port‘s infrastructure and the port‘s development.
