Inros Lackner AG, operating on the basis of joint activity agreement with UAB Ernst & Young Baltic and SIA Estonian, Latvian & Lithuanian Environment will prepare the Feasibility study and Environmental impact assessment of Klaipėda port development including construction of outer port for the amount of 2 912 799,12 LTL including VAT.
The public procurement committee of SE Klaipėda State Seaport Authority, having checked compliance with general qualification and other mandatory requirements as well as offer preparation requirements of suppliers of the open tender “Feasibility study and Environmental impact assessment of Klaipėda port development including construction of outer port“, concluded that the participants of the aforementioned tender – Ecorem plc, operating on the basis of joint activity agreement with public enterprise “NPR“ and UAB “Vilniaus hidroprojektas“, ALATEC Ingeneiros, consultores y arquitectos S.A., operating on the basis of joint activity agreement with UAB “Projektų centras“ and Klaipėda University, Witteveen+Bos in joint operation, operating on the basis of joint activity agreement with UAB “Ekosistema“, AB “Sweco international“, operating on the basis of joint activity agreement with UAB “Sweco Lietuva“ and UAB “Cowi Lietuva“ – did not meet the minimum qualification requirements, therefore their tender offers were rejected.
The following queue of offers was made:
I place – Inros Lackner AG, operating on the basis of joint activity agreement with Ernst & Young Baltic and SIA Estonian, Latvian & Lithuanian Environment, price of the tender offer – 2 912 799,12 LTL including VAT.
II place – UAB “Nacionalinių projektų rengimas“, operating on the basis of joint activity agreement with AB “Pramprojektas“, UAB “Strateginiai transporto sprendimai“ and UAB “Haskoning Nyderland B. V“, price of the tender offer – 2 917 420,84 LTL including VAT.
Tender offer of Inros Lackner AG, operating on the basis of joint activity agreement with UAB Ernst & Young Baltic and SIA Estonian, Latvian & Lithuanian Environment was selected as the winner of the open tender “Feasibility study and Environmental impact assessment of Klaipėda port development including construction of outer port“.
SE KSSA, having received an approval from Transport Investment Directorate (TID) to undersign agreement, will undersign the agreement regarding Feasibility study and Environmental impact assessment of Klaipėda port development including construction of outer port with Inros Lackner AG, operating on the basis of joint activity agreement with UAB Ernst & Young Baltic and SIA Estonian, Latvian & Lithuanian Environment (value of the agreement - 2 912 799,12 LTL including VAT), according to the tender offer, terms and conditions of the aforesaid open tender, technical task and conditions of the draft agreement.
The purchase agreement will be concluded immediately, but not earlier than after expiry of suspension period (15-day period from the day of dispatch of a notice regarding the decision to conclude the agreement).
