On 26-27 May 2010, final seminar “Kaliningrad, Most Western Russian Gateway to EU” of the project “Port-Net” within the framework of the Baltic Sea region INTERREG IIIC programme was held in Kaliningrad (Russia). Director General Eugenijus Gentvilas took part in the present seminar and read a report “Cooperation of the Baltic Sea ports“. In 2005-2008 the Port Authority was a partner of the Baltic Sea region INTERREG IIIC programme project PORT-NET. The goal of this international Project was to exchange best practice and knowledge among different specialists. This seminar organized in Kaliningrad continued the concept of the above project – to share practical experience and knowledge among the representatives of the ports who attended the seminar.
