 On 31 July 2009 a meeting of Klaipėda State Seaport Board was held at the Grand Conference Hall of the Seaport Authority. The following problems were discussed during the meeting of the Klaipėda State Seaport Board: 1. regarding amended investment programme for 2009–2013. 2. regarding draft agreement on infrastructure development. 3. Other issues: 3.1 regarding permissible vessel draft in outer and inner channel and at quays No. 4–6. 3.2. regarding amendment of art.33 of Law on Klaipėda State Seaport. 3.3. regarding problematic current situation with KIPIS system. 3.4. regarding security plans of terminals operating in the port of Klaipėda. 3.5 regarding construction of the monument “Albatrosas“ in honour of the gone Lithuanian seafarers and sunk ships.
