Issues discussed at the sitting were as follows:  

 

1. Referring press release on „NordBalt electricity interconnection line Sweden – Lithuania“: reliable and efficient electricity power supply;

 

2. Referring the amendment of the resolution No.822 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, dated by the 3 of November 1999, „Referring juridical registration of the territory of Klaipeda State Seaport“ (No. 09-1166-01-N);

 

3. Referring the recognition of Klaipeda State Seaport and related infrastructure (the project East – West transport corridor the complex of transport infrastructure of Lithuanian sector (port, roads, railways) as the economic project of State importance(Nr.09-1153-01-N);

 

4. Referring the possibility to construct Baltmax type quays in Klaipeda State Seaport, anticipating the possibility to install gas and oil terminals there and the implementation of means No.770 of the Program of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania for 2008 – 2012.

 

5. Referring information on assurance of application of reserved territories for Klaipeda State Seaport development for satisfying Port demands and selection of places for the establishment of Public Logistics Centres.

 

6. Referring facilitation of procedures of recognition of licences and certificates on infrastructure development works (projecting and construction of port infrastructure objects, dredging of port water area and etc) issued at EU countries and implementation of means No. 743 of the Program of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania for 2008 – 2012.

 

7. Referring preparation of integrated long term (up to 2030) Klaipeda Seaport Development Program implementing a long term (up to 2030) transports development strategy of the Republic of Lithuania. 

 

8. Referring information on the state of the building of Klaipeda Drama Theatre, barriers to implementation of investments projects of Maritime Museum and the state of the building of Klaipeda Musical Theatre.

 

9. Other issues relevant to Klaipeda region (cleaning of waters of Curonian Lagoon at the Ice Cape („vessel” cemetery), renovation of the dancing hall of ensemble „Žuvėdra“, the building of Klaipeda County Administration, relocation of funds).
