Considering recomendation of the Commision for planning and selection of the State projects (14 September, 2009, minutes of the meeting No. 8-105),

I hereby  a m e n d  order of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania No. 3-210, dated  14 may 2009 „Re: approval of the list of state projects No. VP2-5.2-SM-01-V-01 implemented under the  measure “ Development of infrastructure for cargo and passenger service in Klaipėda State Seaport” VP2-5.2-SM-01-V  under 5 priority of “Development of Trans-European Transport networks” within the framework of the programme for economy development of the Strategy for the use of the European Union Structural Assistance for Lithuania in the years 2007–2013“

and set the list of state projects No. VP2-5.2-SM-01-V-01 implemented under the  measure “ Development of infrastructure for cargo and passenger service in Klaipėda State Seaport” VP2-5.2-SM-01-V  under 5 priority of “Development of Trans-European transport networks” within the framework of the programme for economy development of the Strategy for the use of the European Union Structural Assistance for Lithuania in the years 2007–2013 in a new wording (enclosed).
