KLAIPEDA STATE SEAPORT AUTHORITY DIRECTOR GENERAL ORDER RE: APPROVAL OF REGULATIONS FOR PROVISION OF TOWAGE SERVICE AT KLAIPĖDA STATE SEAPORT 9 December 2008, No. V-281 Klaipėda In pursuance of article 37 of the Law on Safe Navigation of the Republic of Lithuania (Official Gazette, 2005, No. 31-974) and seeking to ensure safe conditions for navigation in the port waters, I hereby: 1. A p p r o v e Regulations for Provision of Towage Service at Klaipėda State Seaport (enclosed). 2. D e c l a r e null and void Order No. V-33, dated 15th February 2002, of the Director General of SE Klaipėda State Seaport Authority. 3. O r d e r the Administrative Office to bring the present Order to the attention of the Directors; and the Heads of the Vessel Traffic Service, Port Supervision Department and Port Dispatcher Office to bring the present Order to the attention of their respective subordinates.
