In pursuance of Article 34 of the Law on Klaipėda State Seaport of the Republic of Lithuania (Official Gazette, 1996, No. 53-1245; 2000, No. 75-2265, No. 82-2479):

            1. I hereby approve the Rules of application of Klaipėda State Seaport dues (enclosed). 

            2. I herewith declare null and void:

            2.1. Order No. 3-322, dated 26 June 2002, issued by the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania “Re: Approval of the rules of application of Klaipėda State Seaport dues“ (Official Gazette, 2002, No. 68-2804, No. 75);

            2.2. Order No. 3-353, dated 30 May 2003, issued by the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania Re: Amendment of order No. 3-322, dated 26 June 2002, issued by the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania “Re: Rules of application of Klaipėda State Seaport dues“ (Official Gazette, 2003, No. 54-2411);

            2.3. Order No. 3-08, dated 9 January 2004, issued by the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania, Re: amendment of order No. 3-322, dated 26 June 2002, issued by the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania “Re: Rules of application of Klaipėda State Seaport dues“ (Official Gazette, 2004, No. 15-466);

            2.4.             3. I hereby declare that the present order enters into force as of 1 July 2008.
