                      In pursuance to requirements stipulated by part 2, art. 8 of the Law on Klaipėda State Seaport of the Republic of Lithuania,

                      I hereby   ORDER:

  1.  to approve Regulations for Klaipėda State Seaport Operations (enclosed).

  2.  to declare as ineffective Regulations for Klaipėda State Seaport Operations approved by Order No. 297 , dated  28 July, 1993,  of the Minister of Transport and Communications, and supplements thereof approved by Order No. 214, dated  14 April,  1995 and Order No.  111, dated 01 April, 1997.
