      Pursuant to Article 23 clause 2 of the Law on Klaipeda State Seaport of the Republic of Lithuania (Official Gazette, 1996, № 53-1245) and taking into account the motion of the Klaipeda State Seaport Authority I hereby:

1. approve the Rules for Calculation of Klaipeda Sate Seaport Land Lease Fee (enclosed).

2. acknowledge as ineffective:

      2.1. Order № 286, dated 24 July 1997 of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania ,,Re: Implementation of the Provisions of the Law on Klaipeda State Seaport” (Official Gazette, 1997, № 72-1855);

      2.2. Order № 370, dated 15 December 2000 of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania ,,Re: Partial Amendment of Order № 286, dated 24 July 1997 of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania ,,Re: Implementation of the Provisions of the Law on Klaipeda State Seaport” (Official Gazette, 2000, № 108-3469);

      2.3. Order № 3-426, dated 29 December, 2007 of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania ,,Re: approval of rules for calculation of Klaipėda State Seaport land rent and port land rental rates“ (Official Gazette, 2008, № 5-186);

      2.4. Order № 3-155, dated 8 May, 2008 of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania ,,Re: amendment to order № 3-426, dated 29 December, 2007 of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania ,,Re: approval of rules for calculation of Klaipėda State Seaport land rent and port land rental rates““ (Official Gazette, 2008, № 54-2051);

      2.5.       2.6.       2.7. Order № 3-156, dated 23 April, 2009 of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania ,,Re: amendment to order № 3-426, dated 29 December, 2007 of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania ,,Re: approval of rules for calculation of Klaipėda State Seaport land rent and port land rental rates““ (Official Gazette, 2009, Nr. 47-1879);

      2.8. Order № 3-642, dated 28 December, 2009 of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania ,,Re: amendment to order № 3-426, dated 29 December, 2007 of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania ,,Re: approval of rules for calculation of Klaipėda State Seaport land rent and port land rental rates““ (Official Gazette, 2009, №157-7106).

3. The present order shall come into effect as of 1 January, 2011.
