In pursuance of Part 2 of Article 8 of the Law on Klaipėda State Seaport (Official Gazette, 1996, No. 53-1245), considering the request of State Enterprise Klaipėda  State Seaport Authority and for the purpose of ensuring safe navigation at Klaipėda State Seaport, I hereby:

1. A p p r o v e Klaipėda State Seaport Shipping Rules (enclosed).

2. I hereby declare as null and void:

2.1. Order No. 286 of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania of 16 July 1998 „Re: Approval of Klaipėda State Seaport Shipping Rules“ (Official Gazette, 1998, No. 69-2025);
